Squash, Spaghetti

One of our absolute favourite squashes!  This variety is perfect cut in half and roasted.  Using a fork, the flesh then becomes 'stringy' like spaghetti, with a beautiful nutty flavour.  It makes the most divine side dish, with a bit of butter and salt...delicious.
