This is an Australian variety, beautiful and tasty. Bluish-green, deep ribbed fruit which can grow to a weight of 2.5-4.5kg (6 to 10lbs) each. The inner flesh is yellow-orange coloured, and an almost treacle-like flavour once it has been roasted.
