Eggs, Pasture Raised Chicken

Delicious pasture raised eggs from our own, beautiful hens. Our girls have a 20m square area to roam around in, scratching up and prepping the ground for us. They are moved every few weeks to ensure fresh pasture for them, and prepared ground for us. This results in beautiful eggs and happy hens!

Eggs are laid with a protective layer called “bloom” that seals the pores on the egg to keep bacteria from entering.

Unwashed eggs can stay on the counter for several weeks.

Washed eggs must be refrigerated and last up to two months.
